This easy one-pan Keto chicken stir-fry is packed with protein, fresh veggies, and savory flavors. It’s perfect for meal prep or a quick weekday lunch that keeps you energized!

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast: 250g, diced into bite-sized pieces.
Broccoli:1 cup, cut into small florets.
Bell Peppers:1/2 cup, sliced (mix red and green for color).
Cherry Tomatoes:1/2 cup, halved.
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced.
Olive Oil:1 tbsp.
Seasoning:Salt, black pepper, a dash of soy sauce (or coconut aminos for strict keto), and Italian herbs.

  Instructions :

1. Sear the Chicken:Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté Veggies:In the same pan, add broccoli and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
3. Combine: Add the chicken back to the pan. Toss in the tomatoes, garlic, and seasoning.
4. Finish:Stir everything together for another 2 minutes until the flavors meld. Serve warm!
