Ingredients:
Chicken Breast: 2 large (cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces)
Heavy Cream:1/2 cup
Fresh Spinach:1 cup
Sun-dried Tomatoes:1/4 cup (chopped)
Parmesan Cheese:1/4 cup (freshly grated)
Garlic:3 cloves (minced)
Olive Oil or Butter: 2 tablespoons
Italian Seasoning:1 teaspoon
Salt & Pepper: to taste
Instructions:
1. Sear the Chicken: Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
