Easy Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

The perfect 20-minute low-carb alternative to your favorite Chinese takeout.

Ingredients:

Flank Steak or Sirloin: 1 lb (thinly sliced against the grain)
Broccoli Florets: 3 cups (fresh is best)
Soy Sauce Substitute: 1/3 cup Coconut Aminos (to keep it strictly Keto/Soy-free)
Beef Broth: 1/4 cup
Garlic: 3 cloves (minced)
Ginger: 1 tsp (freshly grated)
Sesame Oil: 1 tbsp
Sweetener: 1 tbsp Brown Erythritol or Monk fruit (to mimic the classic sweet sauce)
Thickener: 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum (optional, for a glossy sauce)
Garnish: Sesame seeds and sliced green onions


Instructions:
1. The Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut aminos, beef broth, sweetener, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.
2. Sear the Beef: Heat a large cast-iron skillet or wok over high heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Add the beef strips in a single layer. Sear for 2 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
3. Steam the Broccoli: Add 2 tbsp of water to the same pan, toss in the broccoli, and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp and bright green.
4. Combine: Turn the heat to medium-high. Add the beef back into the skillet with the broccoli.
5. Thicken: Pour the sauce over the mixture. Sprinkle the xanthan gum (if using) and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything beautifully.
6. Final Touch: Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
