 Almond Flour:1 cup (super fine works best).
 Eggs: 2 large eggs.
 Liquid: 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water).
 Sweetener: 1 tbsp Erythritol or Stevia (optional).
 Baking Powder: 1 tsp (to make them fluffy).
 Vanilla Extract: 1/2 tsp.
 Butter/Oil: For the pan.

Instructions:

 1. Mix the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Add the almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
